Two weeks in one! (Sorry!) :)

Our color of the week was black. So we used wet chalk to write our number 6 and draw pentagons!

We used geoboards and rubber bands to make shapes

We used out five senses to investigate worms! 

Some loved it! And didn't mind "feeling" the worm

Others not so much ;)

We had fun this week too! We made Stone Soup to go along with the story we read. 

We put real stones we found (and washed!!) from the playground!

On Thursday, our 7 Habits leadership committee had it's first leadership night! We had a great turn out!

Mrs. King and I were in charge of the tables for Habit 4: Think Win, Win!! We used the story of rainbow fish! Below are a few students who came with their parents to the leadership night and did a fabulous job coloring their rainbow fish!

Mrs. Fewell visited our class. She brought with her finger lights to help us read! So fun!
